Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our services and manages the day to day operation of the company with regard to logistics, scheduling, recruitment and business development and is both an experienced psychiatric nurse and business manager. He is a key driver in the strategic business planning of the organisation and has implemented significant changes in staff, structures, processes, systems and key markets.
